Free Fitness Evaluation & Complimentary First Training Session

Every new client at Fabian's Corner receives a free fitness evaluation and complimentary first training session with no obligation to continue. This gives Coach Fabian the opportunity to learn about your goals, fitness background, and experience level before creating a personalized training plan.

During the evaluation, you'll discuss your current fitness level, previous athletic or boxing experience, any injuries or limitations, and what you hope to achieve through training. Coach Fabian will then guide you through a series of basic fitness and movement assessments to evaluate your conditioning, mobility, coordination, and overall readiness.

After the evaluation, you'll participate in a complimentary training session tailored to your fitness level and goals. This may include boxing fundamentals, footwork, conditioning exercises, mitt work, or other beginner-friendly training activities designed to give you a true feel for the Fabian's Corner experience.

At the end of the session, Coach Fabian will review his observations, answer any questions, and recommend a training plan to help you reach your goals. The entire process is designed to ensure you feel comfortable, confident, and informed before making any commitment.

Youth Boxing & Mentorship Program (Ages 6–17)

this mentorship-based program is designed to help young athletes build confidence, self-discipline, respect, accountability, situational awareness, and conflict-avoidance skills while learning practical boxing fundamentals in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Coach Fabian focuses on developing both the athlete and the individual, teaching valuable life skills that extend far beyond the gym. Each session combines physical fitness, boxing technique, goal setting, teamwork, and character development to help participants become stronger mentally and physically.

To encourage success outside of training, the Youth Program offers opportunities for rewards and recognition, including:

  • Good Grades Program – Students who maintain strong grades may qualify for discounted training sessions or special rewards.

  • Student of the Month Recognition – Celebrating athletes who demonstrate exceptional effort, attitude, and sportsmanship.

  • Parent Progress Updates – Regular communication to keep families involved and informed.

  • Member Appreciation Events – Group workouts, challenges, and special events throughout the year.

  • Leadership Opportunities – Older or more experienced athletes may earn opportunities to assist and mentor younger participants.

At Fabian's Corner, the goal isn't just to build better boxers—it's to help develop confident, respectful, disciplined young people who carry those lessons into school, home, and everyday life.

1-on-1 Boxing Training

Experience personalized, one-on-one coaching designed specifically around your goals, fitness level, and experience. Whether you're looking to learn the fundamentals of boxing, improve your fitness, lose weight, build confidence, develop self-defense skills, or prepare for competition, every session is tailored to help you succeed.

Working directly with Coach Fabian allows for individualized instruction, immediate feedback, and a training plan built specifically for you. Sessions may focus on boxing fundamentals, stance and footwork, punching technique, defensive movements, mitt work, conditioning, endurance, strength development, and overall athletic performance.

Unlike group classes, 1-on-1 training provides undivided attention and allows you to progress at your own pace while receiving expert guidance every step of the way. Each session is structured, purposeful, and designed to challenge you while helping you build confidence, discipline, and consistency.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced boxer looking to sharpen your skills, Coach Fabian will create a training experience that meets you where you are and helps you reach your full potential.
